By downloading or playing Oven Rush you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the game on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment.

2. In-app purchases

Purchases unlock content or features (for example removing level-start ads or unlocking all levels). They are processed by Apple, are tied to your Apple ID, and can be restored from Settings → Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

3. Ads

The game may show ads as described in the Privacy Policy. Optional rewarded ads give an in-game benefit only when watched to the end.

4. Content and credits

The game, its levels, characters and art are ours or used under licence. Some art and audio are public-domain (CC0) assets by Kenney (kenney.nl) and OpenGameArt artists (OwlishMedia, Ruskerdax, congusbongus), credited in the game.

5. No warranty, liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
